WL8306 HMS PREMIUM is a multifunctional parallel bars. Its application focuses on performing push-ups on the bars, i.e. dips and classic push-ups. Both the dips and the classic deflection of the arms in the support very strongly engage the pectoral muscles, triceps and the anterior deltoid muscle. Thanks to the lower handles, it is possible to make a very strong deflection of the arms during the push-up. Thanks to this, we stretch the muscle much more during each movement, which in turn contributes to its faster growth. On the upper rails, it depends on the position of the body whether we engage the chest or the triceps more strongly. If we lean forward during the exercise, the chest will be the most involved muscle, but if we maintain an upright position, we will focus on the triceps.

The materials used for the construction of PWL8306 not only guarantee very good stability and durability of the product, but also that the paralle bars is very light. Moving from place to place will not be a problem. Special foams located on the handles prevent the hand from slipping and do not cause discomfort when gripping.
